Just weather the storm boys. Hiring a strong staff will ease the critics. Like another poster said, were already middle of the pack so why not take a gamble if the talent and resources are there? Nothing to lose let's just hope for the best

man, he's not their football coach. and Les has a lot of respect locally. almost everyone respects the man and many respect the coach even tho he's really fallen off.

The average sports fan doesn't understand the uniqueness of the recruiting base at LSU. They don't see much difference in our job and one like South Carolina.
Les won 100 games at LSU, and he certainly doesn't "deserve" to be fired. How many was he favored in though? A lot more than 100. Les is a great recruiter, but we're not firing Belichick or Lombardi here.

More than likely it's the same yo yos that ridiculed the man every time he had a coaching gaff. I've taken up for the guy numerous times, thanful for what he did, but the media clowns refuse to look at the recent trend as opposed to overall record. Eventually, the media will stop talking about it.

The nation WANTS LSU to stay down. They don't like when LSU is dominating the football world. They think LSU should learn their place, which is perpetual 8-10 win seasons.

they dont follow LSU on a micro level like most of us do. They know Miles from press conferences and goofy antics. He is a popular media figure and that is all they know. IT proves how in depth they actually go in for their job, which isnt much
