Literally a miracle what he did at Baylor. Hire him and let him identify his "in-waiting" identified within 2-3 years (like SMU and Larry Brown).

What do we need other than Texas and Louisiana kids?
The HC sets the tone and holds assistants accountable. They don't recruit every player and every state personally.
If he can do it with Baylor he would dominate at LSU.

At a school like Baylor, he doesn't have the luxury of stocking up on offensive and defensive talent. Baylor is only going to get so much talent and maybe he choose offense as many lower tier schools do to "equal" the playing...outscore the opponent.
