I'll just repost something I said from Saturday night
The more I think about it, this does to appear to be something that has been in the works for a couple years now. Joe likely felt spurned after the last extension and has been looking to make this move for a while. Either way it is time for both to move on.

Alleva isn't getting fired lol. Les wasn't his hire and apparently many on the BOS want Les out as well.
