LSU isn't the place to learn how to be a head coach. Frost or any other candidate needs to go to a lower- or mid-level program for at least a year or two first.

The last time LSU hired a first-time head coach was when Mike Archer was hired in 1987. He last four years and was run out after two losing seasons. And what he left behind set the stage for Curley Hallman (a trainwreck of his own) to be gone four years after that.

Unless Frost is coming to run an offense, no thanks.

What's even better is, we won't pay him 4mil a year for mediocrity every single year.

If he sucks and we got 8-5, cool... better than what we got now!

If we can keep Yaw Yaw and bump him to DC, and keep Frank on staff too I would be happy bringing in Frost.

Would he be interested in coming to the south?

Worked out pretty well for Florida State and Orgeon

Was he sitting under Les for several years before he finally took control?

Morons are saying no to established HCs yet all in for OCs who have either never been a HC or only been one for one year. That is asinine for a program of LSU's caliber.

no, and that is a plus in my opinion. Don't want anyone that Les has brainwashed into his way of thinking

The last thing we need is a Les jr.

Morons are saying we should get mediocre HCs just because they have HC experience. It is asinine to think you're going to take a HC that has been largely mediocre and then suddenly bring him to LSU and he'll become a superstar.

Despite what Les has done here.
