Chavis was basically forced out by Alleva. This shitshow unfolding before our eyes is squarely due to his incompetence. The offense is a joke and now Les has no defense to bail him out.
Steele has been a miserable failure everywhere. What makes anybody think different football players will make him any better?
And if Aleva has to name the next head football coach-may God have mercy on our souls. This loser is in way over his head.

seems so much like nit picking to get on Steele right now when we have huge issues with coaches like Cam and BDP on the staff. We need to take care of the big problems before worrying about the petty stuff.
Looks to me that Steele got about as much as he could out of these undersized D lineman and LB's a long with an over rated secondary.
Let him get some bigger more SEC sized lineman and LB's before pre-judgeing the one unit on the team that actually somewhat functions.

spot on...Chavis saved his arse the last 5 years many times... I dont think Alleva and Miles have a good relationship and this was his way of starting the process of getting rid of him...time will tell.
