I don't think the younger brother ever went back - the older one did and then radicalized the younger.
And you don't see a problem with bringing thousands of them here and spreading them throughout the country?

And if only we could have used our common sense when the Russians told us to look out for these two assholes.
Look, we had good, valid intel on these two and we did nothing but we can somehow properly vet people who have no records to check? Excellent plan.
