Sorry, bud. Guilbeau is the dictionary definition of a hack. I'll entertain some complaints re: Alleva, but the ones he puts forth are laughable. Skip allowed him to put the whole thing on cruise control? Really?

Well, tell me more about Alleva.
I can easily be persuaded that it's time for Miles to go. If not now, soon.
I'm having a lot of trouble believing that Alleva will make a good hire.
If Emmert or Skip were in charge of the search process, I'd probably feel a lot better.
If you think Alleva would make a good hire, state your case. I'll hang up and listen.

That fact would seem to support that Skip laid a good foundation and would not contradict in the slightest what Skip did in that regard.
