Eraserhead wins for me.
I made it about 10 minutes into Enter the Void and shut it off. Could tell it wasn't for me.
eXistenZ probably deserves a mention, though it can't compare to the typical Lynch film.
John Dies at the End was a fair nomination. Bubba Hotep fits the bill as well. Weird without being terribly confusing.
Moon and Cheap Thrills were both great, but I don't think either was weird.
