this season isn't over by the way
it feels over. I know we're spoiled fans. I get that. But it feels over when you get dominated by a not very good Arkansas team 2 years in a row and lose for the 5th in a row to Alabama. It's hard to get pumped for the OM game, unfortunately. I'm trying though.

Let me try. LSU is CFP ranked #15 with Ole Miss and Texas A&M left to play and could finish in the top ten with a Sugar bowl matchup with Okla St., Oklahoma, Michigan or Baylor.
OSU has to play MSU and Michigan and Iowa.
The Big 12 elite still have to play each other.
ND still has to play Stanford
The losers of each of these games will fall and all are ranked pretty high with the exception of Michigan.
If LSU takes care of business, they can still finish inside the top 10 heading into next season with all of the deficiencies, on-the-job experience, and injuries they're dealing with.
Of course, if you're a CFP or bust guy, forget what I said. We are where we are and it's not as bad as it seems with this talent pool. I'm especially optimistic because of Harris' growth in dealing with pressure. He stands in the pocket and delivers more than just bailing out. He still has much to work on though.
