I currently own a 2012 f 150 with approximately 63,000 and owe $6,200. I use it for work and lately i have putting a good bit of miles on it. My company gives me $200 a week plus fuel and maintenance. What should I do with the truck? Should i keep it and pocket the money for a few years after it is paid for, trade it in before it hits too many miles for a new one, or sell the truck out right (pocket the money) and get into a company vehicle?

Don't trade it, they won't give you as much as you could sell it for. You want to have a back up for when you get fired

never been fired from a job in my life. I guess you are on cloud nine since your team pulled off a win saturday night.

I'd keep it as long as possible and pocket the money. I personally like to keep vehicles until they die.

I get a car allowance similar to you but we have restrictions such as are vehicles have to be 4.5 years old or newer

Can you use the company vehicle however you want for personal use? If so sell it and pocket the money.
If not keep it. That thing has plenty of life left in it.

Keep it until it blows up and pocket the cash.

Our vehicles are supposed to be newer and under 120k miles but it is not inforced. I'm thinking I should keep it too and pocket the money starting in a few months.
