If LSU beats Ole Miss and Texas A&M, and Florida loses to Florida State and Alabama, LSU is in the Sugar Bowl!!!
Who's with me???!!!

I'm only interesting in championships. Not exhibition games.

Then you are in for a miserable experience.
2000 8-4
2001 10-3 (losses: Tenn, FL 15-44, Ole Miss)
2002 8-5 (losses: Va Tech, Auburn 7-31, Bama 0-31, Ark, Texas)
2003 13-1 (FL 7-19)
2004 9-3 (Aub 9-10, UGA 16-45, Iowa)
Only one season with one loss. Two SEC Championships and 1 National Championship. Even Saban had trouble with all the talent amassed here.
Again, that's fine for you to not be interested in anything but Championships, but that's bad for the players to have the same mindset which it appears they do. The immediate goal should be who's next to beat. Personal goals should be: I'm trying to play my best game yet. The long-term goal should be Championships. It appears their immediate goal is Championships.

I say we get there if we win out and UF loses to Bama. We'd have the same record as UF and beat them head to head.

I'm not so sure. That season he was visibly frustrated. He left for a reason and it wasn't just to help out a friend in Miami. That team was in the toilet and he knew it. He wanted a change of scenery. He left on a 9-3 season that was personally disappointing to him.
I get what you're trying to say, but, we can't guarantee anything. At the time, in 2004, I would have guaranteed that we would have won the SEC again, but we didn't. A lot of good that guarantee would have done me 5 years into his program with his recruits finally maturing to seniors. We can believe, but we really don't know.
I'm just saying don't poo on the Sugar Bowl. It's a stepping stone from the previous season. But, you have to beat Ole Miss for that to be any kind of real talk.

Only took Saban 5 years to accomplish what Miles has in 10.

It only took Miles three seasons to accomplish what Saban had in five.

That team was in the toilet and he knew it.

I get what you're trying to say, but, we can't guarantee anything.

I'm just saying don't poo on the Sugar Bowl.

So I root for Bama to win the Sec championship game and lock up a spot in the playoff just so we can go to the Sugar Bowl?? No thanks! Go Gators
Posted on 11/16/15 at 11:41 am to St Jean The Baptiste
I would root for fricking ISIS, before I would root for BAMA
