So true. Peveto will be gone after this year.
He gives guys their chances and if they don't work out he lets them go.
There is no doubt in my mind that he would hire Chip Kelly as OC and Nick Saban as DC to replace Cameron and Steele... I just don't think they've been available.

If he just kept people around that he liked there is no way Brick would've been let go and O hired in his place. That was a great switch. And although the DL was pretty bad last year, you could see that employment continuing for another year, if you were a reasonable manager.

AD? Why not move your QB to DB? These are two entirely different positions. We have no idea if Miles has the experience or qualifications to be an AD. Nonsensical idea!
