If I read it right, he didn't know that he had it free the previous year either, which means he never once looked at his bill, because it's on there in large, all caps letter

I'm on auto draft, just shows up as ATT I've not been sure if that's cell bill or what. I knew things have gotten high and been wanting to call maybe removing movie channels and all that jazz. Never knew I was getting jerked on this $42 a month crap
