you're citing a couple of the hottest areas of the city. why not throw in 12 south while you're at it?
i'm saying you dont need to live in one of the 'it' neighborhoods to still have a GREAT house and an easy commute and lots of access to all nashville & surrounding areas has to offer.

Bar Louie picture is just a good picture. Probably should have chosen a diff place.
There are dozens of incredible, unique restaurants with more opening every week. Dozens of incredible bars all over the city. Unlimited things to do when you consider all of the music, night life, outdoor stuff, etc.
Its just a fantastic city to live in.

We just moved to the back side of the zoo. We love it over here. In the grand scheme of things it was relatively inexpensive compared to other places. Well built older house with almost an acre of land. I grew up on the back side of Ellington, so I'm loving being back in the 'hood. Nolensville Rd has literally any type of food I want. Or I'm a hop, skip and a jump away from whiter areas if I feel like getting fancy.
