Guessing this is how things went down.
Neighbor was somewhere near the vicinity of the OP's driveway and not moving out the way fast enough.
OP revs car and runs up on neighbor in an attempt to auto-bow up on him.
Neighbor calls OPs bluff and signals that he's armed.
OP retreats inside house and desperately attempts to get police and message board on his side.

Neighbor's behavior is odd.
I have neighbors who carry firearms all the time. Never had a problem with them. But they don't walk around with holstered pistols like idiots. Most have concealed carry permits and keep their firearms out of view.

Back story is that moved from out of state to house he inherited and has been a total dick from day one.

He inherited a house from a relative that passed away. Truly no real story to tell. He has been just a arse up until this point. I was told that he had a dislike for my family and really that is all I know m

No he was a great old guy. World War I I vet. We would help him out, do yard work and keep an eye on him.

So yeah I get the homoish pussy style living comments often.
