Not one of these guys seem like they have watched an LSU or Alabama game this year and are basing all of this off of past years and box scores.

I can understand if you think Alabama will win, I get it. But LSU is clearly the better team this year.

I actually think McElroy is pretty good

I thought so too until he spit that same tired garbage everybody else did about LSU and Auburn in the offseason. He became less of an individual and started to tow the company line.

Reading through these is comical. You can tell that most literally haven't watched LSU play football this year. Several were talking about trusting Coker more than Harris....so you trust the QB that has thrown 9 interceptions compared to the one that has yet to throw one...lol

I especially liked this one:

quote:

Kaitlin Long: Alabama

quote:

Alabama has dominated this series, and with the position it’s in for the College Football Playoff, the Tide won’t be backed down.

I'm no rocket scientist, but I think since the turn of the century, LSU has a clear advantage over Alabama in this series. Now if he/she is using a couple years, ok. Bottom line is that if LSU wins tomorrow night, Miles and Saban will be 3-3 over the last 6 regular season games. Domination.

quote:

It should be close, but at this point I trust Alabama quarterback Jake Coker’s ability to win the game more than LSU’s Brandon Harris. It also helps that Alabama is the home team.

so much lack of knowledge in this statement. clearly doesn't know current stats of qb's, and also clearly doesn't understand that LSU has won the majority of the last several meetings at Alabama.

If I'm going to be an analyst, and have to give opinions and analysis on a game, I'm at least going to do my homework so that I seem like I have a clue what I'm talking about, instead of status quo.

ignore the talking heads and just wait for the game. Then we'll know.

I like how Bama's run d will shut down LF, but Henry "will take care of the rest" against LSU's defense

Scott McDonald: LSU

LOL! Of course he would pick LSU...he is from West Monroe and a huge LSU fan. He also was the QB for WM from 1989-1991.
