Have never been a fan of Asik and never will. However at this point we need anything and everything we can get. Asiks rebounding and defense will help as that is what he is supposedly paid for but as bad as this offense is he will only make it worse.

I'm starting to get the feeling that the Pelicans traded another pick for damaged goods. He's been complaining about his back since last year and "apparently" that is why he was so bad on offense last year with his lack of mobility. He's still got the same issues.
