Is LSU/Bama the most anticipated sporting event of the year for you?

(It was 50/50 putting this thread here or the OT, If I chose wrong LMK)
This game I'd say is the biggest sporting event of the year for me and has been the past 7-8 years. Sure I watch many other events but they don't compare IMO, even the Superbowl. The only other game/s that could top this would be a LSU playoff game (against someone I thought could really beat us) or a LSU Title game. Even the SEC Title game isn't as big for me because the East is so down.

I look forward to this game the most, but I love every single game. Its fun waiting for a game all week, even if it's against a bad team. The only thing I anticipate less then football is playing the best/second best team in baseball. (Like when we played A&M last year)

LSU baseball is my #1, so for me it would be Super Regionals in the Box.

This. We know bama will be a top notch team, so, it's the most important game of the year.

Nothin' else even close. Like Secretariat at The Belmont.

Yes, over many years I believe it is.

It depends on if we are playing at home. If playing at home, without a doubt. When we play in tuscaloser it becomes a close second to the home opener (no matter who we are playing). The anticipation waiting all year for that first home game drives me crazy.

SEC championship is this year and next.

Depends on the records and what's at stake each year. Despite my anticipation for this year, if I had to choose one or the other, I'd choose the final MotoGP race in Valencia - given the dramatic events in Sepang 2 weeks ago between Rossi and Marquez.

A close second to the "Back Nine on Sunday at Augusta".

I get too nervous about it so I wouldn't call it the most anticipated.

As long as LSU is in the hunt for a conference title. If not, it's always nice to ruin Bama's season.
