It is simple yet expensive. I-10 and I-12 need to be at least 6 lanes the whole way through the state. I-10 needs a Baton Rouge bypass. It can connect to the bridge that they are supposed to build in White Castle (like the one in St. Francisvolle area). It can be a toll road for all I care.
The I-49 expansion in Lafayette is a great idea, but it's going to take forever once the lawyers get involved and sue everyone to death. This is the 1 of the major reasons BR doesn't have a loop. Everyone wants it, but not in their back yard.
