I mean really we should probably put JT in prison for a month or two. He ALMOST KILLED PEOPLE.

The legal limit for JT Barrett was .02. Everyone knows that, right? So yes, if he blew a .07, nothing changes.

JT is underage. He gets an OVI if there is any alcohol in his system.
