At that size, if you aren't lean then you really need to examine your diet. You cannot exercise enough to offset a poor diet. Some guys are fortunate enough to be ripped and still able to enjoy whatever the choose to eat but most have to make sacrifices

What are other good HIIT routines other than running? When I run, I do HIIT but after a few weeks, my shins are hurting so I'll mix it up with a bike or elliptical but don't see the same results, even when I do HIIT on those.
