You need HIIT workouts. Heavier lifting but combined with circuits that promote higher fat burning--exercises that sustain that burn for the entire day after you workout. Workouts like this will not make you bulk but create a very lean and potentially even shredded look. Also more sustainable long term. Most the guys I work out with (with our trainer) have that look--think professional soccer player body type.

I live in Baton Rouge.

Waist size is 33.

Why would I lie about my height and weight when asking for advice?

For my routine, I follow Lee Labrada's 12 week lean body workout.
