He has that swagger and confidence you want In a starting quarterback. We should open up the offense even more he is ready to be unleashed

I love Harris. I think he's a legitimate special talent that we are just scratching the surface on right now. I wanted to lead with that to say whoever invented the word swagger needs to be punched in the throat.

colloquialism happens to be one of my favorite words, and swagger is one of my favorite colloquialisms.

Agree 100%.
Les watched Harris throw for 148 yards in the 2nd quarter, and simply because LSU had a 14 point lead at halftime, he decided to sit on the lead and basically put BH in cold storage.
LSU certainly won't beat Alabama, on the road, if Les makes that same mistake.

Can't sit on a 2 td lead at Alabama. That is the truth.

Agreed
Our defense has to be playing extremely well if we are two try to sit on a two touchdown lead

man! there is a lot of conviction in that interview...Cam/Les needs to turn him lose...60/40 run pass and we are unstoppable

Welcome to Lesball. Remember being up 21-0 against Tennessee at halftime in 2005? We came out trying to run out the clock from the first drive in the 3rd quarter. I still haven't gotten over that. Miles has done that time and again. He plays not to lose.

Les is who he is. It would be nice to see us step on someone's throat for a change in this next stretch of games. But they will probably all go down to the wire.

I think we all can see the depth and experience issues with the defense this season. We have some young guys (and occasionally some not so young guys) who are a little lost at the moment.
Trying to ground and pound early in the 3rd last night was a mistake, because the D wasn't tired and worn down. However, they are going to do this whenever they can get away with it to take pressure off the D. When the D is back on their heels, it's a solid tactic. They just to be more judicious and keep some semblance of balance.

Really liking Harris. That's a great interview. He's well spoken, looks comfortable in front of the media and speaks to them as if he's a real leader of the team. Even better that he's a Louisiana kid and he's playing well for us.
I think a time is coming where Harris won't play second fiddle to Fournette. Could be later this year or it could be next year but I can see Harris and Fournette developing into a great combo of playmakers.

Boom! Love the confidence

Remember there was talk that a former coach or someone advised him to transfer to Auburn because he wouldn't get a fair shake here? It was something like that.

Now if that doesn't give you an LSU football boner you need to check your pulse. Love his charisma, and confident humbleness.! Glad to have BH.
