This is bullshite, unless your blind. I roughly fly 200,000 miles a year, why is your dog sitting next to me in first barking?!?!

Apparently it's easy to register an animal as a service pet. My friend has a goat registered in Florida as a service animal.

You don't register service animals as a service animal. Those places are full of shite. The animal just has to fit certain requirements in the ADA laws to be a service animal. They do restrict certain animals.
Emotional support animals are something different, they aren't covered by the ADA. Their laws vary state to state and some states don't give them the same rights as service animals that support qualified disabilities.

I have an uncle that flew first class one time, he said it was pretty cool and you got free mimosas. So I think I definitely understand where you're coming from on this one, I'd be pretty upset too.

First class flying is not one of the finer things in life. It's an accommodation because you are socially inept to deal with the norm.
He's not letting "us" know anything other than his aversion to someone else making additional accommodations to deal socially, over and above his own. That person with a dog is just like his inept arse, but slightly more needy.
