There were a lot at Fort Benning at all of the infantry schools. I would guess at least 10% of every school I went to there was foreign.

At one time, the Benning School for Boys was full of military personnel from our Central American allies, with most majoring in Counter Insurgency.

Benning also has the School of the Americas.
