For rotary wing training? I've spent a good bit of time at Rucker and been all over that base. Never saw any foreign people.

Also never saw any in Enterprise, which I wouldn't really call a cultural center of Alabama.

Yes in my class alone back in 2010ish we had 2 Saudis, 2 Afghans, and 2 Taiwanese guys. There are way more than that there. That was just my primary class. There is an entire company not sure the designation I think it used to be D/1-145 who dealt solely with IMSO.

Go to wing night (Wednesdays) at Oscar's and you will see plenty I guarantee it.
