At this point in the conversation I'd just like to remind everyone that
there are
about 300 million people in the US
about 400 million registered vehicles in the US
about 210 million licensed drivers in the US
about 300 million firearms using survey data, but likely about 400 million if you count those off the books / illegal / smuggled in etc
per year
48000 deaths from poisoning
190000 deaths from injuries
33800 deaths from motor vehicle accidents
33600 deaths from firearms
88000 deaths due to excessive alcohol intake
50000 deaths from the flu / pneumonia
and between 200000 and 400000 preventable deaths due to medical errors for those in hospitals (so this excludes errors from local clinics and so forth), which would make poor medical care the third leading cause of death in the US
the only logical conclusion here is that you should:
1. trust your doctors, especially after you've been admitted into the hospital and the top two leading causes of death have been excluded
2. turn in your guns, they're killing everyone
3. cut off your penis, it's raping everyone your guns have not killed
