No he didn't, Jimbo's last season was one of the most productive in LSU history from a passing standpoint, Russell made his living over the middle

You might have a point here if not for the fact that this has happened at virtually every stop Crowton has made during his career.

Sorry I bunched it together.
The hybrid part is what Jimbo didn't like.
The high risk over the middle was cut out after Lee in 2008. A freshman and OC basically was blamed for the first Pevito experiment.

I'm saying what Less said in an article about having a hybrid type offense with both systems.
This was also talked about in an article with the OSU OC but it was basically Miles way or the highway when Gundy explained it.
