What right do any of us have to make their decisions for them? Protecting them from themselves?

There is no freedom-respecting argument to be made in favor of it.

Y'all should just admit you are ok with restricting their freedom and treating them like dumb children.

I am ok with NFL owners protecting their investment by not opening up the draft to underdeveloped players and turning the draft into a guessing game of a teenager's future potential.

The owners have every right to protect their investment.

Oh shut up. We have a shite ton of rules that restrict peoples freedom because we are trying to protect them. I simply stated if they are going to go this route then just get rid of college football all together, let them sign pro contracts at a younger age. Like anywhere else in the world.

The NFL owners have EVERY right to make up their own rules for their PRIVATELY owned organization. You disagree with that?
