Dural looks pretty close to being even with the RT's rear which should put him on the line.

Nope

This. If he would have asked. He would have been ok.

About a half yard back? I played wide out but that was a long time ago and can't remember

Has to do with who is an eligible receiver and all that.

I watched the replay a few times. I did NOT see him motion. It's just possible he's saying that to try and save his arse.

Didn't he actually motion towards Dural and tried to get him to move up?

I'm not sure why this is even a penalty. What's the big advantage for a team to have more players further away from the line of scrimmage?

On a running play? Nothing. On a passing play, it determines who is eligible. So if the WR is on the line, the TE is covered up and cannot go out for a pass.

Weird, because I'm watching the tcu game and both their outside wrs are about a yard off the line.

There was probably a TE on that side on the LOS.

The rule is you must have at least 7 guys lined up on the LOS.

horseshite.

Dupre (that's "15" for any JackAss who can't figure it out) did back up AFTER HE SIGNALED THE LINE JUDGE though.

TE was on the short side.

The wide side official called it, the only possible offender is dural.

Dural was within a yard. Or... Within the margin of error for anyone who doesn't have a tv with a cgi Los at their disposal.

It was a shitty shitty call. There's no other explanation.

Really weird. Now the tech receivers are a yard off the Los. Where are the flags!?!?

Wow, what a douche.

And yes he absolutely did... and it's plain to see for any non-jackass with the game on DVR

I was responding to your TCU post about them having 2 WRs off the LOS... Regardless where the TE lines up at, the rule is you must have at least 7 on the LOS.

Please look at the picture in the OP and count how many guys are lined up on the LOS... There is 6. That's a penalty for illegal formation.

And the ball is on the 13yard line... Durals front front is at the 11.5yard line at best(more like the 11). Still a yard and a half off the LOS. He wasn't close to being on the LOS.

He was within a yard and 3 inches, literally. His helmet was within the body of the center. In contrast to GeauxTahel's claims, both Miles and Dural said Dural signaled the LineJudge.

Now GeauxTahel claims he has an iso on Dural during the setup and at no point does Dural signal the LJ.

Perhaps GeauxTahel could use that isoview to establish when during LF's run the LJ actually threw the flag
