I would continue to treat her at home, maybe try Pepto, as long as she is not getting dehydrated or looking worse. As others have said some rice and chicken broth.
If not better by Monday AM then go to the Vet. Unless you're dog is deathly ill you don't want to call a Vet in after hours.
They rip you a second a-hole during regular hours, much less after hours.
