NW Louisiana harvest data is much more similar to the coastal area than to NE Louisiana. NE LA is the Mississippi Alluvial Valley; NW LA is Piney woods with the highly altered Red River Valley. There is a reason why in 1975, the first year that any state was allowed to create zones, Louisiana created a West Zone and an East Zone rather than a North Zone and South Zone.
North and South Zones are not optimal for ducks, but would work fairly well for geese because NW LA just doesn't have many.
