yeah, i suppose but always felt brees would utilize him the best. poor graham, he never wanted to play for any other qb.

still though, he doesn't seem to be as elite

gronk has definitely regained/maintained #1 elite tight end status

He's also maintained the best qb in the league.

To me it's pretty damn obvious in the short term the trade has hurt both teams pretty significantly for what they like to do on offense. We could've easily traded down, not taken a project at LT and still got our LB. This season seems like a rebuild with a 20+M dollar qb.
