Some things I am hearing about certain prospects.

Drake Davis is in play for LSU but Ole Miss has a slight edge. LSU sources feel they can make up enough ground to pull this one off though. That post Drake made about LSU being his leader was bogus and not from him.
Rashard Lawrence had a great time yesterday. He spent a lot of the day with Josh Diarse who is John Diarse's little brother and that helps LSU a lot. Sources feel they have a good shot but I definitely didn't get the feeling that it is a slam dunk at all. They feel better about Manuel than Lawrence and feel that Gary and Lawrence are closer to 50-50 with Gary leaning LSU right now.
After reading that Jimmy article about Rahshaun Smith I did some digging and it is looking a lot better for us right now. There was a mix up and some confusion that was ironed out and he is saying all the right things to the LSU coaches. They are starting to feel like they can get him.
Kristian Fulton is a done deal...
I have been hearing Clyde Leflore's name a lot lately. They are starting to feel like they will get him. I was also told that they would take Drake Davis and Clyde Leflore if they want to commit. It is not one or the other.
Just a few things I gathered this weekend. Things are looking really good for us on the trail right now. Have a great weekend everyone.

This D-Line haul has the potential to be insane. Its still a ridiculous haul even if we don't get all of them (which I highly doubt we get all of them)

Anything on Stephen Sullivan? He was back at the game yesterday, would consider him to be the top priority at WR over Davis and Leflore

I feel like Lawrence will be a fourth quarter type prospect. What I mean by that is we need to just stay in it until late and then I feel pretty confident when the chips are on the table, Ed will be able to close strong.

Why are we taking 2 WR's? We are so deep there with starters plus Diarse, Quinn, Tyron, then add Spears, Dillon etc.
Also I really hope we pull Gary

Jimmy said its because the state is producing a lot this year and there is a drop off in talent at the position next year

Because you should take at least 2 WRs EVERY FRIGGIN YEAR! Look at the good WR haul we got last year. They're not really helping us this year. It takes time for these guys to develop. Chi Dupre for example, he still is not developed enough to fufill his potential. That's why you can't take a year off at any position group.
The position we should be fretting about for '16 is offensive line. We're digging ourselves a '18-'19 hole there.

I'd really like to pull 2 more big online in addition to who we have committed currently. That would put us at 4 for the class.

We don't need 2 o line. We only need 1 tackle at max. Our D-line and LB need the most scholarships

Should take 4-5 OL a year.Most difficult position to evaluate.
