Got this from a website that someone in the know says it means.
"Sprayed" is Cannabis that has been coated in a foreign powder for increased weight, and "Ike" is a slang term for friend or brother derived from a blood gang member in Pittsburgh "Isaac" who was remembered after being shot by a rival gang

The term sprayed by IKE refers only to the candy painted slabs we ride. Ike was the name of the paint shop were the Mexican painter whoolio painted our cars. Please don't comment if u don't know us... Ask us we from Htown take disrespect to the heart...

Sprayed by ike ike is a auto paint shop,dude got his car sprayed painted by ike
