Yea ultimately I think that's my goal. I just sent my vortex viper 4-16 up north to get them to repair it. It's been on a 7 mag and I think the recoil was a bit too much for it as it had some speck show up in the lower quadrant. So that's what prompted me to move it to this AR of mine.
Eventually I'll prob throw a high dollar 1-8 on there.

Schmidt and Bender. You will never regret it as far as money spent on optics goes. If 3k is what you mean by high end.
