Not sure if this is quite what you were looking for, but I just finished construction a few months ago. My back patio is 13x 28 and will eventually have a bar, drill, and some furniture. Its all pre wired for televisions and surround sound
I also have a 12x25 slab that I may eventually cover. Right now it serves for great storage for my ranger as well as a spot to grill etc.

Very nice. The size space and the window and door are layout similar. Currently my home roof only past the window wall by about 4ft with the concrete going as far as yours. Currently I don't feel I have enough overhang to protect a TV and tired of pressure washing cement and damage the rain and sun do to patio furniture.
