Well, from reading the reviews, sounds like the exact thing you need
Ask andvari about that thing. When I was still playing FFXIV, you could hear that thing running over TS all the time.

They use a it all the time on the orthopedic surgery floor it's great for inflammation and swelling but you don't want to over do it.
After any sports type injury you want to rest the injured extremity, ice it down, use compression, and elevate it. That device takes care of icing and compression at the same time.
You could also achieve the same effect with a gallon ziplock bag with half ice and half water ace wrapped to the knee. To elevate properly, you want to be lying in bed with a pillow under you calf muscle trying to get the knee on the same level or above your heart. It helps with the swelling.
