One of the BIGGEST misinformation campaigns was the Just Say No bullshite of the 80s. To this day people are more afraid of cocaine than heroin , pain pills, cigarettes when it's exponentially less dangerous unless you're the 1 percenter who gets addicted.

There are plenty of people addicted to cocaine in the US and plenty of them have health effects from it. They're all dangerous in their own ways.

This quote reminds me of the 80's anti-drug campaign: "this is you brain; this is your brain on drugs."

Apparently that slogan was true!
