I'd go Brown I don't see Jennings with a 10 pt floor at all. Vereen is the 3rd down back and Williams is reportedly the goalline back.

you can catch passes on downs other than 3rd
like i said id watch floyd's status but brown could bust just as much as he could boom. you already know jennings is touching the ball from the get go
