My water comes out of the tap light brown about once a week. The so called utility company says they are working on it by flushing the lines and trying to get a new system built. Does anybody know of a good whole water filtration system the I can install on my house.

Depends on how much you want to spend. I am sure they have Home Depot systems for less than 500 bucks. If you want a professional job from a dealer, I had a Culligan Reverse Osmosis installed and I like it, plus we have a whole house water filter (I did not want it - wife was paranoid). The RO was $750 and it has paid for itself as we rarely buy bottled water. The pro can match up what you would need. Nice southern gentleman type of guy. 225-925-2260. The whole house filter was about 2 grand if I remember right, and it last about 5 years. Refill is 400 bucks thereafter. It is durable and takes the weather fine.

During installation, he was telling me that some people out in the country are so paranoid about water quality they demand to have him install $15-20K systems even though he assures them they don't need it.

That is right about what my parents paid for theirs. They got a service contract, and the company comes out and checks it/swaps filters once every 6 months or year IIRC

for that Culligan and especially distillers, you need to add minerals, ionic minerals.

or take Bioplasma, they're cell salts, dissolve in your mouth, cheap and easy to take.

people just overlook minerals....but they're super important
