hmmmm...saw an announcement on Facebook that the Greenwich Street Tavern will be showing LSU games this season...
down in the Tribeca...and their advertised prices look a lot cheaper than Legends...
interesting... LINK

First LSU season in NYC. Legends will be easier to get to but from the pictures online it looks a little stuffy for football games. Think I'll have to check this place out eventually

How packed does legends get during football season?

it honestly depends on the game, day or night, and how the Tigers are doing...
for a really big critical SEC game, packed to the gills and you need to get there several hours ahead...for something like this being the season opener, moderately crowded

Tomorrow, not bad at all. Big games, get there an hour early or so. NYC is great to bar hop from team bar to team bar all day watching football. Enjoy.

those of us who were there for Alabama 2011 beg to differ.....but to be fair, that is not something that happens every season...

The one time I went to watch an lsu game there I got there an hour early and it was already packed. I had a decent time watching a game at ESPN Zone, oddly enough, back when it existed.

Watched LSU at Legends once. Crowd was good but bartender was a Florida fan and major dick.
