Absolutely. Why would an employer want to keep an employee who is against the employer's mission? Pretty easy solution to that issue. If you are against abortion, don't work at an abortion clinic. No one is forced to work there

Exactly. It's like saying should a church hire a militant atheist to work for them. Of course not, and they would never work for a church in the first place.
