I expect lots of 3s. He got plenty of open looks last year and with a faster pace on offense he should get even more.

What we get outside of that will be very interesting to see. When Gordon went to the BSS watch party last year against Houston the topic of fouls came up and why the Pels rarely got calls and the Rockets would get many calls. He blamed it largely on the lack of spacing and that the packed paint for the Pelicans obscured the view the officials had. He said Houston got calls because of their spacing. So will the Pels start getting calls now that they're playing with space? That could change everything for Gordon, because he did get fouled quite often on drives, he just rarely got calls.

I sure hope you're right. That's an interesting point and could absolutely be the case.

Hopefully. The guy needs to shoot 500 3P if he truly is a 40%+ shooter from 3 (im afraid he's not). The true greats will shoot 3s in volume and post 40% every year. I think people are getting a little ahead of themselves with this Gordon being a top 3P shooter in the league talk.

Last year we had this great 3P threat, yet there were 42 NBA with more 3P attempts.

The guy can make up for a lot of bullshite if he comes out firing next season
