That was my senior year at LSU. Will never forget having tiger band practice at like 5 AM after having been out all night watching the Chee Weez at the Varsity. I vividly recall Linda Moorhouse walking by me and asking what time I decided to cut off the vodka since she could smell it through my pores..
Made for a MISERABLE game at 10 AM. They were letting the band members go in groups to sit in the tunnel to cool off and hydrate. I've never been so hot in Tiger Stadium. I remember standing on the field during the SSB and alma mater just focusing on not passing out.
Then contra flow! Then power out at my house in Nicholson lakes for 3.5 weeks. I was a nomad that month. Seems like just yesterday.
