Any of the local businesses are just SOL in my opinion. Rent was likely cheap in an area under the interstate and they made good money for many year. Now, they need to get out of the way for the greater good.

Another out of the box idea... why not have the state put a toll on the MRB in BR to finance the construction of the new proposed bridge in south EBR and Ascension?
Or just put it on 18 wheelers as they would rather pay a $5-10 toll than diverting 100's of miles.
