Why would it feel dirty. Those guys are probably 25+ year vets making that kind of money. Plus they are running with half a million dollar budgets.

the thing is, you can buy a 100k coach and a multi million dollar stadium, but you can't buy your players having a dawg mentality. money makes them soft and that's the tradeoff
