I believe the nav system in the Tesla's tells you where all approved charging stations are located.

It does. Here's the map. Not much "scrambling" to do here. O&G panties in a twist.



I expect Tesla's company problems to cost them pretty significantly in the near/mid term, but in the end, I think they will have established an efficient, comprehensive grid of support for all electric vehicles, not just their own.
