Jesus, can we not turn this thread into a hurricane dick measuring contest. For different reasons, both storms were extremely devastating and had a huge impact on the people living in each area just as equally.

That's probably due to the entitled population in New Orleans to put it nicely.

It was not that way everywhere around the city. They just seemed to be the big news story and garnered the attention of the media.
