oops, missed the text between all the photos.
I wouldn't file them down until I was absolutely sure they couldn't do anything. But unlike Terd, I care about my firearms.

I have a few that are more valuable to me that I don't shoot as often and spend all their time tucked away in the safe.
Then I have shite like my AR's that I build, shoot, and end up selling or trading after a while. Scratches, dents, dings all add character. I look at them as a tool, not a collectible.
